Surgery Opening Times

All our surgeries are Open so that you do not need to make an appointment to see the doctor. You should attend surgeries as early as possible, and AT LEAST half an hour before the closing time. During very busy periods, you may be asked to return to the next available surgery so it would be wise to phone the surgery before arrival in order to check on the approximate waiting times.

Home Visits Policy

To request a home visit during surgery hours contact the surgery. If it is deemed an emergency or urgent the receptionist will contact the Doctor immediately either in surgery or on call. If it is deemed non urgent then the Doctor will be contacted after surgery. Out of surgery hours please contact the Doctors answering service.

Please note:

During the Practice Half-Day there is no doctor available on Thursday afternoons. If you need a doctor urgently at this time, the medical cover is provided by our neighbouring practice, Gwalchmai. To access this service, please ring Parc Glas Surgery up to 5.00pm and Gwalchmai (01407 720202) between 5.00 – 6.30pm.
