Complaints Procedure
The practice operates its own in-house complaints procedure. If you have any grievance or complaints about any practice matter or any member of the practice team, please contact the Practice Manager. She will explain the complaints procedure to you and help you take the matter forward. The majority of complaints and grievances are resolved by the practice, but if you are still unhappy with the outcome of your complaint you may contact either the Anglesey Local Health Board or the Anglesey Community Health Council see useful numbers for contact details.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The practice operates the NHS Zero Tolerance Procedure. This means that we will NOT tolerate any violent or aggressive behaviour, either physically or verbally towards any member of our practice staff. Individuals who exhibit any such behaviour may be reported to the police and immediately removed from the practice list. Since all practices on the island operate this procedure, such individuals may not be able to register with another practice. The practice will refuse to accept any new patient if that patient has been removed from another practice list due to violence or aggression.
Disabled Facilities
There is disabled access to all patient areas in all three surgeries

In accordance with the 1990 Access to Medical Records Act, the 1998 Data Protection Act and the 2004 Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to access your own medical records and any other (non patient identifiable) information that the practice holds. If you wish to view the practice Freedom of Information Policy, please see the computer manager. Please note that most of this access will involve the application of a small fee.
